Congratulations, you are now in the final stages of completing the certification process! In this module you will take the scoring quiz in order to receive your two SQ21 Assessments so you can do your two practice coaching sessions.

2. Watch the SQ21 Debriefing Best Practices by Dorianne Kotter-Lockhard, PhD

3. Please take the quiz and send it to Kerry at Kerry@DeepChange.com. She will then assign you to your senior SQ21 coach for 1 on 1 mentoring before and after giving the two SQ21 assessments and debriefs.

4. Once you have met with your senior coach and understand how to rescore the SQ21 assessment Kerry will be notified and open the Coaching Portal where you will find your two available SQ21 assessments ready to send to your two people for your practice debriefs. Kerry will give you the instructions on how to use the portal.

5. After you have done the two debriefs you will need to write a paragraph on each and send it to Kerry.

6. You will then meet with your senior coach and complete the certification process. Your senior coach will then contact Cindy regarding your SQ21 Certification.
